This champagne, dosed at only 3 grams, aged 2 years on the lees and kept 9 to 12 months after disgorging, offers a beautifully balanced structure on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, it has a clean, fresh minerality with lightly toasted brioche notes. The attack is lively with pure, underlying silkiness and refreshing dryness. Crafted from 60% Chardonnay primarily from la Côte des Blancs Grands crus and Premiers crus and 40% Pinot Noir primarily from Verzenay, Ay, Mareuil-Sur-Ay and Ambonnay.
